Kojensi is a government-accredited software as a service (SaaS) platform that is designed to share and collaborate on sensitive and classified information between Government agencies, industry and industry supply chain.

ANI has signed a total contract value of A$342,540 (including GST), of which $112,200 is for annual recurring licensing revenue (ARR) across an initial 100 users; with the ability to purchase additional licenses during the contract period. The contract term runs until 30 October 2026 and can be terminated only in the first 30 days (by either party through written notice), after which time it cannot be terminated.

ANI is a Government Business Enterprise. ANI’s joint shareholders are the Minister for Finance and the Minister for Defence. ANI’s primary objective is to support the Commonwealth’s continuous naval shipbuilding program by being the owner, developer and manager of infrastructure and related facilities. ANI is also tasked with providing access and efficiently and effectively managing the infrastructure to ensure an integrated and coordinated approach to delivery of all aspects of the shipbuilding program. ANI has focused on fulfilling these functions through the expansion and modernisation of the Osborne Naval Shipyard into a world-class shipbuilding precinct, and the continued operation and maintenance of Common Use Infrastructure.

ArchTIS awarded A$528,000 contract with BAE Systems Maritime Australia ArchTIS also announced  it has signed an agreement with BAE Systems Maritime Australia.  BAE Systems Maritime Australia (BAESMA) has signed a total contract value of $528,000 (including GST) to build a product demonstrator for secure collaboration and integration  capability. archTIS has been engaged to demonstrate to key BAESMA stakeholders,  suppliers and customers a platform capable of applying policy-enforced data-centric security across multiple data sets and provision access on a need-to-know basis.

ArchTIS has been selected by BAESMA to deliver the product demonstrator because of its unique solutions in applying data-centric security to manage access to and governance of complex data sets in the defence sector. The product demonstrator will utilise archTIS software and is expected to be delivered to BAESMA by the end of the 2023 calendar year. The contract can be terminated by either party through written notice.

BAESMA is responsible for transforming Australia’s shipbuilding industry by supporting the  building of a world-class, continuous naval shipbuilding capability for Australia. This includes  digitising the Australian Defence shipbuilding process into an Industry 4.0* capability. This product demonstrator plays a part in supporting this goal.
