Australian owned and operated Nova Group embraces global talent
Nova Group has recently welcomed Rebecca Humble into the role of Group Chief of Strategy & Capability and Tom Gleeson as Chief Commercial Officer.

As a global leader in the defence and national security sectors, Humble returned to Australia in 2018 after 18 years working in senior executive roles in the US, UK and Europe. She has a track record for driving and executing growth strategies for global corporates including multi-billion-dollar acquisitions and subsequent integration activities.
Humble joins Nova from BAE Systems Australia where she was Director of Strategy. Her career has included roles as VP Global Strategy for the world’s largest military vehicles business based in the US, a Director on the Tornado military aircraft program and a director of the international section of the Red Cross based in Luxembourg.
Gleeson recently returned to Australia after 3 years working in the US. A commercial and transformation executive with a background in global corporations and defence, Gleeson joins from GE Additive in his role as Senior Sales Executive.
Starting his career as a fighter pilot and flying instructor in the RAAF, Gleeson then joined McKinsey & Company as a management consultant. He most recently spent 6 years at GE, initially as the Strategic Account Manager for the Qantas Group, before moving to the US to lead the Commercial Excellence team for GE Aviation Sales & Marketing, and most recently running the Global Sales team for GE Additive.
