FTS Group, an Australian technology consulting and services business, has announced its rebrand to Atturra. As part of this, the eight FTS Group subsidiaries will be fully integrated into the Atturra brand. The extensive rebranding effort is in response to the increased number of partnerships the company has formed and the growing collaboration among the businesses in the group. The consolidated Atturra brand brings together FTS Group companies ANATAS, Veritec, Cubic Consulting, ESAM Consulting, Galaxy42, KoBold, Mentum Systems, and Noetic. Future acquisitions will also be folded into the Atturra brand. FTS Group was formed in 2015 and has achieved momentum through both acquisition and organic growth in Australia.
Stephen Kowal, CEO, Atturra, said, “FTS Group’s smarts across all its businesses was not adequately represented by the original branding, and the business has outgrown its old structures. The rebrand and unification to Atturra reflects the emphasis on accessing enterprise scale, technologies, and specialisations the group offers. Atturra brings together the intelligence, strong partnerships, and experiences that the business has already successfully delivered for hundreds of clients across dozens of industries throughout Australia. While all the units have been working closely together for some years now, as one unified brand Atturra is now in a stronger position to compete and lead in the IT services landscape.”
Over the past 12 months, Atturra’s pace has quickened to strengthen its position as a market leader for IT services in Australia, following several strategic acquisitions in the region. These include Noetic, ESAM Consulting, and Mentum Systems, increasing the business’s offering and capability which has led to significant, ongoing growth. Since 2019, Atturra has been driving revenue growth exceeding a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of over 23 percent. Kowal said “Atturra is 100 percent Australian born, bred, owned, and operated. We’ve been building a powerful local technology services company, and this new brand is an important step forward in that journey. Atturra’s vision is to continue to design, build and support the nation’s technology needs, while building exciting career paths for its people. This rebranding milestone is significant for the company as the market accelerates. Customers expect to partner with organisations that can maximise the value of end-to-end solutions. The new brand and continued growth perfectly illustrate Atturra’s ongoing ambition to be the leading local advisory technology specialist.”
To date, Atturra has served more than 600 local clients across federal, state and local government, defence, education, wealth and financial services, and utilities. The company is known for its strategic partnerships with the category leaders like Microsoft, Boomi, Software AG, and Smartsheet. Kowal said “The Atturra brand may be new, but Australian governments and businesses have relied on the team for years. Atturra has over 500 staff members, including more than 200 security-cleared consultants. We’re proud of what we have achieved so far and equally confident of the new chapter in our story.”
