Vivian Quenet, the managing director of the Asia-Pacific region for Arianespace, was In Conversation recently with Matt Driskill, the editor of Asia-Pacific Defence Reporter’s sister publication Asian Aviation.
Prior to assuming his current role in February 2018, Quenet was vice president and managing director Asia-Pacific for maritime satellite communications provider KVH Industries Pte Ltd. He also served as the Asia-Pacific sales director for mobile satellite communications provider Vizada/Marlink (formerly part of Airbus Defense and Space), where he created the Asian operation for the group. A native of France, Quenet holds a Bachelor in Business Administration (BBA) degree in International Sales and Marketing from the Université du Sud Toulon-Var in France, and speaks fluent French, English, and German. Quenet discusses Arianespace’s business in the Asia-Pacific region, the company’s current operations and future plans.
