Julie Cooper will take over Australia’s Nova Group as interim group CEO when Greg Hume leaves the organisation in mid-July. A former McKinsey Management consultant, Cooper has been a non-executive director on the Nova Group Board for the past three years. Her knowledge of Nova Group, combined with previous leadership roles and international experience in banking, defence, and technology sectors, will ensure stability and business continuity across the company while the board completes a global search for a new group CEO.
