Nova Systems has announced the appointment of Dean Rosenfield as CEO Nova Systems, effective 1 March 2024. Rosenfield is a highly experienced senior business leader with over 20 years of experience within the defence industry. Prior to joining Nova, Rosenfield was a senior Vice President of Saab AB and Group Managing Director Saab UK where he was responsible for leading the global business development and sales function.
Rosenfield has led businesses in Singapore, the UK, Australia and New Zealand and was previously MD of the Saab Australia and New Zealand businesses.

Steven Robinson, who has served as Acting CEO since July, will return to his role as Chief Operating Officer when Rosenfield commences in March. Rosenfield will be based in Adelaide, South Australia at the Nova Systems headquarters.
