Earey brings more than 30 years of international leadership experience across Electronic Warfare, C4I, Unmanned Ground Vehicles, Encryption, and Cyber. Her distinguished career spans senior executive roles such as Managing Director, Vice President & General Manager, and Director of Business Development & Sales across both Defence Primes and SMEs. With a proven track record leading complex government and commercial programs across Australia, the UK, Europe, and Asia-Pacific, Earey is uniquely positioned to accelerate PentenAmio’s strategic momentum and deepen partnerships throughout the region.
