Arlula’s Geostack app available for US Space Force

Saber Astronautics  announced the launch of Arlula’s Geostack on the Saber’s Space Application Marketplace (SAM). Based in Australia and backed by Lockheed Martin Ventures, Arlula is promoting easier access to satellite imagery. The introduction of Arlula provides a better process for users to acquire, manage, and process satellite imagery. This collaboration signifies the unity between non-US entities and US partners in augmenting the capabilities available to the US Space Force (USSF) and underpins the power of global collaboration in propelling the space industry forward. SAM is not merely a marketplace; it’s an innovative ecosystem designed to bridge the notorious “Valley of Death” in software development for the US Department of Defense (DoD). By significantly reducing the time and financial barriers associated with development cycles, SAM delivers cutting-edge applications to operators at lightning speed, transforming weeks of waiting into near real-time information. “Embedding Arlula’s Earth Observation app directly into Space Cockpit represents a monumental leap forward in situational awareness and operational agility,” explained Dr. Jason Held, CEO of Saber Astronautics. “It merges real-time, actionable satellite imagery within live space operations, greatly enhancing decision-making and strategic responsiveness in a dynamic space environment.” Arlula’s Geostack not only marks its territory as the first third-party application in SAM, it sets a new standard for satellite imagery solutions. With an expansive archive and on-demand tasking at its core, Geostack is poised to redefine mission strategy, enhancing operational efficiency and situational awareness for operators globally. Sebastian Chaoui, Arlula’s CEO, adds “By combining Arlula’s advanced earth observation infrastructure within Saber Astronautics’ Space Cockpit, users are able to effortlessly acquire and manage satellite imagery on an unprecedented scale. This will help to redefine how we secure land, air and space domains.” For Editorial Inquiries Contact: Editor Kym Bergmann at [email protected] For Advertising Inquiries Contact: Director of Sales Graham Joss at [email protected]
