Neale brings more than 20 years’ experience as a leader in defence, aerospace, and technology. Prior to joining QinetiQ, she held senior executive positions at Thales Australia, including Chief Strategy Officer and Vice President Land.

Announcing the appointment, Steve Wadey, Group Chief Executive Officer, QinetiQ, said: “Corry’s experience of leading complex programs across the defence and aerospace sectors will be important as we continue to position QinetiQ to play a vital role in advancing sovereign capability and supporting our Australian customers’ most critical priorities.”

With more than 800 employees across 10 sites in Australia, QinetiQ is recognised for delivering defence and security solutions that combine local expertise with global strength.
