archTIS, a provider of software solutions for the secure collaboration of sensitive information, announced several new customer wins along with some renewals and expansion of existing customer licenses. The recent customer acquisitions further validate archTIS’ data-centric security approach and annual recurring revenue licensing model.

Flinders University has selected Kojensi SaaS to secure information for sharing and collaboration of research with industry partners. As a member of the Innovative Research University (IRU) group, Flinders University selected Kojensi to provide a secure information sharing cloud service that provides the ability to share and collaborate on sensitive research information. This is the second notable educational research institute win for Kojensi and a key target sector for archTIS.

Additionally, the recent archTIS merger with Nucleus Cyber is already delivering strong results through a number of key global wins. A Dubai-based mobile communications company selected NC Protect to enhance their Microsoft security licenses across files shares, Office 365 and Teams collaboration while providing real-time, user driven, attribute-based access controls down to the granular document layer. NC Protect is a core product offering for archTIS and is seen as a key area of growth for the Company moving forward.

NC Protect has also delivered new commercial wins and extended customer adoption with license expansion and renewals in key US markets and accounts including a large Manufacturer, a Health Insurance provider, and a Life Sciences company. This follows Nucleus Cyber winning six 2021 Gold Cybersecurity Excellence Awards in the US, providing strong market validation of the Company’s NC Protect product.

Kurt Mueffelmann, archTIS global COO and US president, said: “archTIS continues to execute on our calendar 2021 strategy of establishing a global, diversified customer base built upon high-margin, predictable annual licensed revenue streams that deliver significant gross margins. Both Kojensi and NC Protect are driving new and expanded opportunities across government and defence, large corporates and small and medium enterprise.”
