EOSARCTOS Technology Solutions (ARCTOS) was awarded the five-year, follow-on contract leading the Manufacturing Technology (ManTech) Program and Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) Program Support on behalf of the Department of Defense (DoD).

ARCTOS will continue its leadership role planning and executing the DoD’s four-day Defense Manufacturing Conference and DMSMS Symposium in Aurora, Colorado, which attracts over 1,500 participants and 150 exhibitors worldwide from the public sector, academia and the manufacturing industry to highlight defence manufacturing technologies, innovations and solutions. The contract may also include the MII Regional Training Week, a two-day conference hosting over 350 attendees.

ARCTOS provides an in-house event management team who has facilitated over 1,000 defense and STEM-related events and outreach programs for DoD customers. Their capabilities include event planning; administration; education and training curricula development; website and social media promotion; photography and videography; and attendee engagement at in-person venues and through virtual event execution models.

“ARCTOS is thrilled to continue our partnership with the Department of Defense in expanding defence manufacturing thought leadership and networking,” said Joe Sciabica, ARCTOS Chief Technology Officer. “We are honoured to lead these much-anticipated conferences that gather top contributors within manufacturing for discussions on technology breakthroughs, the workforce pipeline and operational solutions.”

The ManTech and DMSMS initiative is the latest event facilitation contract win for the company following the STEM educational outreach contract awarded late July.
