APC Technology & Acacia Formalise Partnership to Supply Systems for LAND 400
Leading South Australian Defence SMEs (small to medium enterprises) APC Technology and Acacia Research are combining forces to offer a mission system primarily designed for Land 400 but with applicable use across other defence based projects.
The system will include APC Technology’s comprehensive range of MIL-SPEC equipment and Acacia Research’s advanced surveillance and mission systems.
“ We have been working with Acacia Research informally for many years”, commented Scott Begbie, APC Technology’s Managing Director. “ With the LAND 400 project gaining more momentum plus a clear commitment by the Australian government to maximise as many Australian companies within the project, we have made the decision to formalise our working relationship with Acacia Research and partner on providing a leading edge mission control system. With our expertise in custom built MIL-SPEC computing solutions and Acacia Research’s software capabilities, we believe we will be able to offer solutions for the command & control requirements of LAND 400.”

Both companies expect to make a further announcement in Q4 2016 on the mission system details.
