SingaporeThe Australian Defence Sales Catalogue is the flagship publication to promote Australian defence industry businesses on the international stage. The 2023 edition showcased a record-breaking number of more than 250 export-ready products and services. The Australian government announced recently it is committed to driving export opportunities for Australian defence industry and looking for opportunities to embed them into the global supply chain.

From 2024, the catalogue will be renamed the Australian Defence Export Catalogue to reflect the Government’s intent not only to sell Australian products internationally, but also to boost Australian ingenuity in global supply chains. Submissions for the 2024 edition are now open to Australian defence industry businesses.

The Australian Defence Export Catalogue connects Australian businesses with foreign governments. Applications for inclusion can be lodged online via the Australian Defence Export Office (ADEO) Portal at https://exporters.adeoportal.defence.gov.au. Applications close at 23:59 AEDT on 13 November 2023. Information on eligibility criteria and the application process can be found on the ADEO app, or the ADEO Portal.

Minister for Defence Industry, Pat Conroy said: “Exporting Australia’s defence technology and capability to an international market strengthens our sovereign defence industry. Australian businesses have a key role to play in building our defence capability – the Australian Defence Export Catalogue presents a significant opportunity for businesses to expand and reach new markets. The Albanese Government is committed to strengthening defence capability to meet the strategic challenges our nation faces now and in the future.”
