Boeing 2025 BDS P 8 Digital 728x90ArchTIS announced it has secured an additional contract valued at A$250,000 to provide customised development services for the United States Department of Defense (DoD) for its NC Protect product.

The engagement has been initiated through Copper River Technologies, a U.S.-based federal contract holder and authorised reseller of archTIS’ data-centric security solutions. The contract for services involves the development of new product features to meet specific requirements the DoD has for use within the Microsoft DoD365 cloud environment. This includes enhancements for improved integration with existing Defense classification systems and Microsoft products, supporting operations in highly secure and even classified settings.

The current contract complements archTIS’ broader engagement with the United States DoD, including the initial licensing opportunity for 150,000 licences, announced on 16 June 20251, with further potential to expand across the broader U.S. DoD. These customised development efforts are viewed as critical to facilitating the wider rollout of NC Protect across the U.S. Defense ecosystem.

The project is a strategic operational bridge to a broader enterprise award. It enables continued collaboration with U.S. DoD stakeholders, accelerates organisation- and mission-specific enhancements to a flagship archTIS product, and positions archTIS and its product for future multi-phase adoption from a high-profile customer with the potential to expand from thousands to potentially hundreds of thousands of users in a broader licensing agreement.

Commenting on the contract, archTIS Managing Director and CEO, Daniel Lai, stated: “Securing this contract to support new features and deployment services into the U.S. Department of Defense demonstrates clear customer validation and investment into NC Protect and its readiness in mission-critical environments. This added milestone provides confidence as we accelerate our U.S. expansion off the back of the Spirion acquisition and reinforces archTIS’ ability to scale and deliver differentiated high-value data-centric security products and solutions. The US DOD has access to every technology in the world, and they are investing in archTIS, that’s a good sign.”
