Embraer and ILIAS Solutions have signed a strategic partnership agreement aimed at improving fleet management. Under this agreement, Embraer will connect ILIAS’s software suite to its maintenance and logistics solutions for the C-390 Millennium and A-29 Super Tucano operators. This connection will enable armed forces to streamline data management across operations, maintenance, and supply chain activities, as well as ensure better resource allocation and improved mission readiness.

The Fleet Management system enables immediate insight on fleet status through a single source of truth, increasing mission readiness across all platforms. For commanders it delivers enhanced decision-making through real-time insights and analytics for rapid, informed actions.
Since entering service with the Brazilian Air Force in 2019, with the Portuguese Air Force in 2023 and with the Hungarian Air Force in 2024, the KC-390 Millennium has proven its capability, reliability and performance. The current fleet in operation accumulates a mission completion rate of more than 99%, demonstrating exceptional productivity in its category. To date, the 21st-century aircraft has been chosen by 11 Air Forces around the world, including eight European countries and seven NATO members.
Embraer delivers C-390 Millennium to Hungarian Air Force
Embraer has delivered the second C-390 Millennium multi-mission aircraft to the Hungarian Air Force in a ceremony at Kecskemét Air Base with the presence of the Minister of Defence of Hungary Kristóf Szalay-Bobrovniczky, along with other authorities and Embraer executives. Since its entry into service in late 2024, the first Hungarian aircraft has performed a wide variety of missions at a completion rate above 99%. With the delivery of its second aircraft, Hungary becomes the first C-390 operator to receive all contracted aircraft.
“This is a truly uplifting and joyful moment, an incredibly important event in the development of the Hungarian Air Force. And I can say with certainty that the Hungarian people have become richer and stronger as a result. This type of transport capability was lacking in the Hungarian Air Force’s arsenal, but now it is available. These next-generation aircraft will perform a wide range of military and civilian missions, including medical evacuation, humanitarian support, search and rescue, cargo and troop transport, precision cargo airdrops, paratrooper operations, and air-to-air refuelling. The Hungarian C-390s are the first in the world to feature a modular roll-on/roll-off medical Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
